I can't login with my credentials

As from September 21st the new and improved version of the Brand Hub is live. This version supports SSO, to automatically help you login with your DLL credentials. To do so, please use the link 'Auto logon for employees' (below login button).

My account is locked

If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be locked. If you receive this message, you must request a new password.

Did you forget your password? Or have you entered an incorrect password too many times? Then please request for a new password. You will receive your new password directly by e-mail.

I have no account

To access the Brandportal, you must apply for a personal account. Employees gain access directly based on their e-mail addresses. You only need to fill in your profile information once.

If you are a supplier, you will be asked to provide your profile-, company information and the reason for your request. Besides this information you will be asked to provide your contact to approve your access. Once the approval process is completed, you will receive an e-mail containing your login details. If you have not received your account details, please inform your contact.

I am an external user with an existing Brand Hub account. I am not able to login in the new environment.

The new Brand Hub has different ways to login for external users and for DLL Members. Due to change of the settings, external users need to request a new account.
